Do I have to pay shipping?
Orders $100 and over delivered to addresses in the Continental United States qualify for Free Standard Shipping. The following charges will apply to your order:

Shipping Fees for Online Orders Greater Than $100
* 2-Day and Next-Day Delivery are not available on all products. For products that are eligible for 2-Day and Next-Day Delivery, the shipping options will be available upon checkout. Order must be placed by 11:00AM EST for 2-Day and Next-Day Delivery.
Items, including certain electronics that are very large or fragile may require special freight shipping and/or special delivery. Items in a multi-item order may be shipped separately and from different locations.
Gift Cards are shipped U.S. Mail at no charge for Standard delivery.
Bon-Ton does not ship fragrances, aerosols, and alcohol based products via Expedited delivery, Next Business Day delivery or to P.O. boxes, military facilities or outside the continental United States. Please select Standard delivery for the shipment of these items.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
No, at this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
How soon will I receive my order?
Processing time for in stock items is approximately two business days. Standard delivery is two to five business days; Expedited delivery is two business days; Next Business Day delivery is one business day. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to notify you.
How will my order ship?
Our Small Package service providers are FedEx and USPS. The carrier will be determined by the service available for your "ship to" location and the method of delivery (Standard, Expedited or Next Business Day) you select. Our Special Handling service providers include several freight options. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes the name of the carrier and a tracking number. You will also receive an email when your purchase has been delivered. For more information about shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What if I need to return an item?
Items purchased on bonton.com that are eligible for return require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA and the address for the return.

What if I need to return a gift purchased in a Bon-Ton store?
Gifts purchased on bonton.com that are eligible for return require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA and the address for the return.
How can I check on my order?
If you provide your email address when you place your order, we will automatically notify you when we receive your order. We will send updates as to the status of each item on your order, and notify you when your order ships. You can also check on the status of your order online. Click Check Order Status here or at the bottom of any page and enter your order number and billing phone number to view details of a specific order. To see a list of all orders placed, click Check Order Status and log in with your email address and password. You can also view purchase history via Payment History in the My Account dropdown at the top of any page. You can click on a specific order to view details. If you have questions about your order, contact us. We provide a reference number on our status emails and online in Order Status that can be used to track your order once it has been shipped.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, there is no guarantee that we can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please contact Customer Service and a representative will advise you if a cancellation is available.
Do you offer Gift Wrap?
No, we do not offer Gift Wrap at this time.
How do I contact the Bon-Ton Call Center and what are their hours?
Bon-Ton's Contact Center hours are: Monday through Saturday 7AM to 12AM (CST), Sunday 9AM to 7PM (CST).
Do I have to pay tax on my order?
Sales tax is applied to your order, based on the order's "ship to" address, in accordance with the jurisdiction's laws. Be advised that some states require a tax on the delivery charges, as well.
How do I place an order online?
You will need to add the item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

Am I required to have a bonton.com account to purchase on your site?
No, you are not required to have a bonton.com account to purchase online. You can shop as frequently as you like as a "guest customer", but we hope that you will choose to create a bonton.com account. The benefits include: Quick Checkout, Managing eGift Cards and Purchase History / Order Tracking.
What if I forget my password or need to reset it?
Please contact us if you are still having trouble resetting your password after completing these steps.
How do I change my bonton.com account profile?
You can do this any time by clicking SIGN IN at the top of page. After you enter your login information, click My Personal Information and/or My Quick Checkout Profile from the My Account drop down menu.
Does Bon-Ton offer In-Store Pickup?
No, we do not currently offer in-store pickup but will deliver it to you (shipping and handling charges may apply).

Does Bon-Ton offer a Reward Program?
The LoveStyle Rewards program is no longer available. However, Bon-Ton is releasing a new rewards program in the coming months. Please sign up to our newsletter for updates on new features, including a new rewards program.
Although many store locations have closed, Bon-Ton is in the process of opening new stores in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Colorado. The first locations will include Evergreen Park, Lombard, and Orland Park in Illinois; Brookfield in Wisconsin; and Grand Junction in Colorado. How can I find out about Career Opportunities with Bon-Ton?
Bon-Ton Corporate Headquarters post their job openings on the Bon-Ton Career web site (careers.bonton.com). You can click on Bonton's Careers at the bottom of any page to view our openings or visit any store and complete an application. You must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Can I see my receipts electronically without getting them sent by email?
If you are a registered shopper on bonton.com, you can click My Account at the top of any page (while logged in), and then click My Purchase History. Recent purchases displays Web Orders (pending and completed). Click on the transaction number to see a copy of the receipt.
Does bonton.com offer alterations?
bonton.com does not offer alterations.
