Our Delivery Team
At delivery, all eligible Gallery and Salon Furniture is delivered to your doorstep with no additional charge. For an additional $40 White Glove Delivery Fee, your furniture can be unpacked and set up.. We regret that we cannot remove or install electronic or computer equipment. We cannot remove waterbeds or old furniture.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. However, we will attempt to reach you at the phone number(s) you have provided to us in order to give you a confirmation of your delivery no later than one day prior to the arrival of our delivery team. A three-hour delivery time window will be provided. At this time, you may request a notification call shortly before the arrival of the delivery team.
If you have questions prior to delivery date or need to reschedule your delivery, that will not be a problem. We'll gladly reschedule to a more convenient date. Please contact our Pre-Delivery Department at email@example.com.
